In this BJJ technique video, 2x ADCC champion JT Torres shows a beautiful setup for the nasty Knee Cut Guard Pass variation that leads right into a Back Mount with a choke.

The video is about 10 minutes long and is crammed with good details for taking your knee cut pass to the next level. His partner is Nick Albin, in BJJ Community widely known as “Chewy”, is a BJJ black belt who currently teaches/trains Jiu-Jitsu full time and is the head instructor at Derby City Mixed Martial Arts in Louisville, KY.

So make sure you re-watch it a few times and even consider taking some notes if you want to absorb the information. Also, pay extra close attention and drill the setup that gets you into the position.
